Day 1: Meeting Heaven’s Bridge

Amanohashidate Sandbar

Kickstart your trip at the Amanohashidate sandbar. Walk or cycle through the pathway lined with thousands of pine trees. Then, take a cable car to an overlook point and view the sandbar upside down through your legs; it will appear like a bridge in the sky, thus the name “Bridge to Heaven”.

Dinner: End the day with a delightful meal at Kaisen Chaya Kaede, well-known for its fresh seafood and local Kyoto dishes.

Day 2: Temples and Marine Park

Motoise Kono Shrine and Chionji Temple
