There are thousands of them, many of which are still being discovered, so getting the opportunity to snorkel in one of these water caves is a fantastic experience.

One of the best and most famous is the Cenote Dos Ojos, which is just a fifteen-minute drive from Tulum, and the cave system of this cenote is said to have a length of 61 km and 118 m deep, but don’t worry many of the cenotes provide life jackets and offer tour guides, to ensure your comfort.
